  9. UpRC1.1 is a major update to UpRC1.0 with some bugfixes
  10. and extensions.

  12. UpRC is a tool to create Aminet upload readme files in
  13. an easy and intuitive way. I used some other readme
  14. creators before, but none of them are very useable and
  15. bugfree. So I wrote my own ... and there is it. :)
